Orientation on Tuesday

Well, I start work on Tuesday. It's orientation day, but I'll still get paid for it, which is cool. I'll be doing overnight stocking in general merchandise. It'll be from 10:00PM to 7:00AM.

And even better is the pay. $9.00 an hour. Not bad for starting out, anyway. All I'm worried about is getting a uniform. I'll be able to borrow money from Andy and Felicia for gas, but I have to go get a uniform dress, and those are expensive.

Norman says he'll send me a little money too, which is cool. But I don't know when it'll get here, so for now I have to borrow until I get paid in two weeks. It's embarrassing, but I have to suck it up and ask otherwise I won't be getting to work.

And the fact that Dad says he won't lend me any money, lol. He can't afford my gas and his gas for the car anyway.
