OMG, I found it! Actually, someone answered my question on Yahoo Answers. YES! It is actually a Canadian show.
The show is called Reboot. Oh, WOW this thing is old. It ran from 1994 to 2001.
Here's the first part. You're gonna laugh. It's DATED graphics.

Rather ironic though, the same company that made the Ghostbusters game (which is awesome BTW) made ReBoot. It's by Rainmaker Entertainment. Their work has most certainly improved.
